Who are you, Esti Bestie?
I’m a mother and grandmother to the most adorable grandchildren.
Writing for children fills me with great excitement. I feel as though I'm sitting on the floor, looking deeply into their eyes, connecting with them in such a personal way that the words come straight from my heart, speaking directly to the little child within each of us. Interestingly, many adults have told me they connect deeply with my stories and love sharing them with their children. Perhaps it’s because inside every adult, there lives the little child they once were.
My books have been warmly embraced by a local community of parents, teachers, and preschool educators, and I’m thrilled to now share them with the world on Amazon.
(*Here’s a sneak peek at my first book!*)
Along with my passion for writing, I am also a motherhood coach. I truly believe that to be a good parent, you need to treat yourself well – something that’s not always easy in today’s fast-paced world. After all, today’s parents were once children themselves, and they deserve as much care, respect, and support as they give their kids.
I love drawing, laughing, traveling, and spending quality time with my children and grandchildren. I’m also a big fan of kids – including those who are 54 or so. 😉
My mission is to help parents enjoy their children and themselves. I want to make parenting simpler by offering easy ways to create meaningful, bonding experiences that foster children’s growth and well-being.
A Little More About Me…
I’m an ardent fan of Tove Jansson and her Moomin Valley stories. As a therapeutic writer, I truly believe these stories hold therapeutic genius, with a soft, inviting imaginative richness that inspires me deeply.
I also love Mark Twain. I’ve read Tom Sawyer countless times, and whenever I’m looking for a bit of entertainment and relaxation, I return to that timeless classic.
My writing has been profoundly influenced by the remarkable work of legendary psychiatrist Milton Erickson, whose therapeutic approach shapes much of what I do.
And though I’m already a grandmother, the little girl inside me remains a huge fan of Dr. Seuss books and Winnie the Pooh movies. ❤️
Okay, That's all for now.
I’d love to read your thoughts. Feel free to write in the form below.
